Strange sort of day weather-wise, started off OK, but we did have some showers throughout the morning, but they disappeared for the afternoon.

We winded at the present terminus of the Cromford canal.

We set off from the Beeston cut this morning and back onto the River Trent, looking back at Beeston lock.
