This morning Jo and I caught the bus from Whittington into the City of Lichfield.
The market in Market Square.
Minster pool.
Museum grounds, which was in heavy usage by wedding parties today, from the registry office alongside the gardens. We saw at least 3 separate groups during our short visit.
We had lunch at the Kings Head, birthplace of the South Staffordshire Regiment.
Jo had the roast chicken, I had the roast beef, both at £5.95 each, accompanied with a pint of Marston’s Pedigree.
Rear of the house and part of the gardens.
More of the gardens and adjacent buildings surrounding the gardens.
Keith.
