A good start to the morning, clouds cleared and the sun shone through, however with the change of direction at Hurleston junction, from north to west, the wind was now a crosswind and with shallow water I struggled up Hurleston locks, even had to have water sent down from the top lock to get me in to it! But at least we are finally on the Llangollen canal.

Approaching the 1st Hurleston lock, eventually, the crosswind had me pinned against the towpath on the left
