Tesco Moorings to Tower Wharf, Chester

Map picture

Chester Tower Wharf

After 2 days exploring Chester, today we did a shop at Tescos after lunch, and then headed off down through the Northgate staircase locks to Tower Wharf.

Between us, Jo and I have taken loads of photos in and around Chester, and here are just some of them. The first three were from Tuesdays brief exploration of Chester.

It was travelling past the city wall that we had some sort of missile thrown at us by the local youths. Hope you got through unscathed! We never stopped to look at the city and seeing your photos makes me wish we had!
Love to you both.

Hello,

I was intrigued by one of your photographs and managed to track it down.

Hi Keith,
Glad you are both enjoying our home town. Photos are great and its so interesting to see other peoples view of our city. Your photos show a different ( and much nicer) perspective of Chester that is even new to us.

Hello Ian and Irene, that can happen in any city/town/village, even the countryside, which is where Jo was hit in the face by an apple. We find that timing travelling through cities and towns is beneficial to avoid such incidents. We were once shot at on our way to Coventry, but hasn't stopped us from travelling there since.
